During “Spring Cleanup", the city of Coeur d’Alene assigns four sweepers to the task. These sweepers will first concentrate on Arterials. By design we flush and sweep arterials free of debris and silt so when we have moderate daytime temperatures we may start with our striping program. The task takes 3-4 weeks to complete. Sweepers then move into residential areas and start removing winter debris.
